Really fed up with FNB, LAST STRAW

Ife just discovered apart from not getting my monies owed to me from an insurance claim,not getting the ebucs I was promised with spousal benefits,bond payment etc.I was debited for an phone that i blocked years back. Too top it all off i was never informed about it until the other day when i did an enquiry, and it was discovered that also short term loans was taken on my account. How? And now that I'm asking questions I'm the one being curveballed on their bank app. This really is the last straw, yoi can keep the insurance claim money, I'm moving my business bond included somewhere else. And believe me i will get my family and friends on board with this decision. Nowonder your turnovers are so good, b3cause you rob us systematically ******.
