Really dissappointed

Waited 40 min on my first visit to open an account. Had to go home to fetch original marriage certificate as they would not accept a certified copy. Went back and the lady was on lunch, no one else could help. Came back again waited an hour to be assisted. When finally with her again I was told they won't accept my marriage certificate as it is not the printed home affairs one! Stop waisting my time FNB!!!!
