Really disappointed in the service from FNB Home Loans
I have requested an Cession documentation from FNB home loans on the 17 May 2021 but no luck and have sent follow up emails still no luck. I am very disappointed with the services that i have received from the bank that I have been with more than 20 years and but now i am really considering of moving my accounts to another bank as I feel not appreciated. Due to this I am paying cover to two life insurance polices and this has impact on budget. Can please someone assist.
