Really Bad service

Very bad service from FNB LOC. Registered a case in 2022 and it's still ongoing with no end in sight. You make your monthly policy payments on time and then you receive extremely bad service, they appointed a 3rd party Attorney who doesn't even communicate or keep you updated on your case at hand. Feel like one is just wasting money by paying the policy every month. Every time I follow up with FNB LOC they say it is out of their control. They don't put pressure on the Attorney they appoint. They just want you to reach your policy limit then you have to pay once you reach that limit. Its been going on for 3 Years now
