REALLY BAD POOR SERVICE

<p>I went over from Absa to Fnb. Fnb courierd my card for me on 10 aug 2016 and got it by 18 aug 2016 since then im struggling with fnb to activate my bank card last week the activated the card then forzed the account after i transfer money to the account and sent 9 emails to fnb regarding the problem then a women called me telling me iv never sent emails to them but i do have all emails with ref numbers. on friday i called fnb then after an wole 30min of waiting on the fone the lady said please forward your fica documents to ********** then i said i did sent it like the whole time from ages ago and then se said they will activate my card in 24 to 48 hours and still this matter isnt solved if you sent emails to care@fnb the promise an consultant will call you but of all 15 emails and complains ive emaild not even one called me regarding it is this the way fnb treat there clients? they was fast to take there money out of my account month end for service fees of the account with ive never used nor have had the chance to use it due to there lack of service they can just give up and close the bank if thats the way they treat clients and believe there is more clients just like me with the same problems </p>
