Really Bad Customer Service, Not recommended!

I have been trying to register a company through FNB which they claim is a very simple and straight foreword process. After all details were filled in and the payment was done the website broke. No I tried phoning more than 10 times - trying different departments - the one just transferred to the next and what seems to be the correct department do not pick up. Nobody can help. Really annoying not being able to reach ANYONE in what was supposed to be a simple task. Really getting the feeling that FNB treats customers as a simple number and no matter how hard you try to get help no one can help.
