Really bad App and bad online Information

Your App is the worst of all the banking apps by far!! It's really well hidden how to add a new card to existing account. Paying Eletricity, unless the same anount as last time means entering all details again, seems silly. i can go on and on. Now you asking me to update FICA and every document sent, all online guides ALL point to "menu items" that dont exist. Your app says I can contact you via a call, then say "ERROR". Requesting a call back is is joke. I can go on and on. Fix your damn app. I've even gotten "Unknow error"
