21 Apr 2025, 12:53Yes, you've done it again. ****ing hell. I am honestly so done with this bank. I have logged 3 disputes and it's been days. No one has even tried to contact me. I need help urgently and the secure chat isn't working. The help bot is an abhorrent joke. And no one is answering my phone calls are you people going to reimburse me for my airtime wasted? I need help! I hate you fnb. So so very effing much.
