Really bad

Apparently FNB sent me an SMS requesting me to Fica my account, I never saw the sms. 10 days later they block my account and I have no access to any funds. Very nice when you just filled up with R2000 diesel. I tried calling them and was placed on hold for 40 minutes. Eventually someone assisted through the secure chat on the FNB app. FNB used to be better than this.
