I logged a third party claim with FNB insurance, I last spoke to Mountjoy, Sarah <***> 24 Aug 2023, 09:09 asking for feedback. This is my second complaint to FNB via Hello Peter, the first one got FNB people to speak to me but they never helped me with anything. The owner of the policy who bumped my car, hiss car is fixed and mine is not fixed.
