RE: Rediculous service from FNB ****loans! No accountability

FNB Homeloans came back with a whole lot of excuses, no accountability at all. The query is still in progress.

They even got to a point where they just unilaterally changed our agreements on the bond agreement / contract.

The status quo remains, the process is still dormant.....No progress at all
