Re-occuring issues

<p>I made arrangement to pay my account on the 25 of this month full but you guys just went to my account and deducted all of it without my permission you are guys useless fnb loan department you are far the most useless people you had ever roam the world you just violeted the agreement and went through my account without my permission this is *****ing or mybe the person I spoke doesn't listen to black people this simply tells me that guys your division if full ****** people I can't call 7 people in your department still making the same mistakes ay no just refer black people other banks then accept fnb useless preaks</p>
