Re: ITC enquiry for a loan that i did not apply for

I am deeply disappointed on you, after i have tried to get hold of you over the phone and i was seny from post to pillar with no help. I then went on my app to tall to an agent where i was also not happy with the help, her name is Sweetness i then spoke to Teboho even though i wasn't happy the manner he handled my query but he manage to send my paid up letter.

My query was about my temp laon that i took on the 16th of November 2019 and paid off on the 29 November 2019 but still show ears on my credit score.

As for you FNB as one of the major banks in SA not to update the details of the consumer on ITC when they do good and pay you in time but if the consumer miss one payment you dont hesitate to inform ITC.

I need nothing to do with you you are so selfish and cruel.
