Good day
My FNB business account was frozen on the 2nd January 2025. I called to find out why I was told because of a transaction from an ABSA account. I was given Pule's Phone number(the investigation Officer) assigned to the *****ulent case. I have been trying to contact with him since and he doesn't answer phone calls. I am very frustrated. It's January bills must be paid. Kids are starting school. I made myself available and ready to provide them with all necessary document to let my account running back. Could I please get a way forward to this matter.

08 Jan 2025, 07:31Hi. I have not get a call from anyone. How come you frooze my business account since Jan 2 till now and no calls. I have been sick and I can't purchase medicine because my account is frozen for no reason that I didn't know about. And why is me suffering all this. Please unlock my daughter's account too. She can't pay for her school fees. See, I have told my wife that if anything happen to me like death. She would hold FNB responsible for it. Thank you

15 Jan 2025, 09:32Hello. today is 15th of Jan since Jan 02 my business account is still locked. I have sent Mr PULE all documents, and I am expecting him to have solved it by now. The business account locked also affected my daughter's personal account. Please, I will appreciate it if you can unlock both accounts. I have provided Mr Pule all the transaction that I don't know anything about the R 1000. I don't know the person at all. i only traded in Binance with a trader and the trader ***** me by buying my USDT and sold me Fiats(Rands). Please, help me to look into my matter and I can use my accounts again. Thank you.
