I would like to sincerely correct my compliant about FNB Butterwoth branch. FNB Butterworth did everything possible to assist me, including escalating the query as well as calling the relevant responsible area.<br> I have to thank everyone in the branch for going an extra mile in assisting me.<br> My claim was finally paid out and would like to also thank FNB Life for getting back to me, explaining the setbacks and finalizing my claim.<br> This has demonstrated once more that FNB takes customer very serious.
