RE : FNB LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY

I app**** for a personal loan from fnb of which i have been a client for 30 years. At the fnb branch in Strand, I was surprised to find out that I was under Debit review , I have never been under debit review in my whole life. So I went home and done a few Credit checks with various credit bureau and according to them i have a very good credit rating . Went back to fnb with hard copy's in hand , no help. Called and mailed the NCR and they had no file of me been under debit review. went back to the bank with hard copy's . Filed a complaint against fnb and the branch manager filed a complaint , was told that compuscan / Experian where the culprits . you cant get hold of them so i ran another credit check with them all good . mailed this off to fnb no response . will have to close all my accounts with fnb and move to Standard Bank . O I forgot to tell you that this has been going on for 8 weeks, you really suck !!!!
