Re-Advance declined. Bank altered policy to extent payment terms and interest rate. Shocking.

I app**** for a re-advance on my current Home Loan with FNB. FNB declined the re-advance. I have app**** for similar before and was approved. No amendments made to term conditions. Apparently FNB changed their policy. If an applicant asks for a re-advance, they extent the home loan period to 20 year. *********. Why would I extent my home loan from the remaining 9 years back to 20 years. Theft? And on top of it they will also increase my interest rate. Wow.

Thus busy discussing moving my bond to another bank. Good luck FNB. POOR customer service.
