I had R900 in my credit card bt an amount of R3478 was processed through my card. My credit card does not have that monies available either in straight or budget for the amount to go through. Fnb has now sent my card for collections and is refusing to tell me how monies went out when I had insuffiecient funds in the account and says its my fault. I am very disappointed as I have been a loyal customer with fnb for many years. Please help me. Thank you
