My account was put on hold in July. I gave the person in charge of my case all the details they required and also the proof as to why the money was deposited on my account. The person was buying from me and I gave in the detailed proof of purchase frop binance. When I complain they say they are going to deposit the money on to my other bank account. It's now 5 months theyvare saying the same thing. It's really frustrating.
