RCP Interest ****!
Absolutely ridiculous! My RCP installment was debited from my FNB cheque account on 26/10 and 10 days later the amount is still not reflecting??? Surprise though, FNB still had to go on and subtract their interest from the existing amount so now I'm paying interest on a higher balance PLUS my 3.3% amount that has not been cleared. AND your banking chat agent says they will escalate to a manager but when I ask for a reference number I conveniently get a "if there's nothing else have a good day message"! Absolutely disgusted I've wanted to move for a while now but I think after this experience I definitely will. Dian Reddy
