rcp for fee pls

I have an ongoing deduction for rcp fee pls that has been going for months. I did mot understand why can FNB please explain.<br> <br> I googled that it meant its a charge for missing a deduction I hope its not this because FNB knows when to debit I have explained to them every 25th<br> <br> Can FnB please get to me ASAP. I have been with this bank since I was young
