#RCP Fees
Whilst checking my account for call center ***** deductions I came across an amount for R57 marked as #RCP Fees. An internet search revealed it is fee charged by the bank if you don't have sufficient funds to honor a debit. I definitely had funds at the time and still did for a long time thereafter. FNB just automate this process and expect it to work flawlessly which obviously it does not. I would paste a snippit here if I could but I cannot but FNB has access to my account and they can see for themselves. Please refund my money as I don't see the difference between the call center debiting my account for R47 and you(FNB) deducting the same way without my permission.
