#RCP FEE FOR PLS ***

Good day

On the 26 January 2016 I took a Revolving loan with you (FNB) and the term of the agreement was repayment of R1352 p/m which is what I agreed to. I notice that from February and now in March you are debiting my account R 57.00 which I don't understand what it is for. I called your cellphone banking and spoke to Gavin who explained that it is for my Revolving loan which I found to be a load of ****.

I have been banking with you and took a number of credit with you none of this ******* ever happens before. Ordinarily when you calculate my repayment you package into one installment repayment never separate. I have a bond which is inclusive of whatever else administration jargon that you bill me and it is never separate payment with some **** code #RCP FEE FOR PLS. I have my suspicion of what this #RCP FEE FOR PLS is for and I made it categorically clear to the lady who called me after taking the Revolving loan that I was not interested in whatever else addition to the loan she was offering/talking about. I thought I made myself clear to her but to my surprise she proceeded to offer me what I didn't agree to. Section 16 of the Consumer Act doesn't allow you (FNB) to do that
