#RCP FEE FOR PLS

Going through my bank account i noticed a Debit which i was not expecting - #RCP FEE FOR PLS. After doing some looking around I realised this was a fee for a debit order not going off.<br> <br> If this is in fact the case i am extremely confused as my Salary is paid on the same day every month and there were funds available before my salary was paid which means if there were a debit order it could have gone off - but there wasn't.<br> <br> Is this a way of making a quick buck for the bank as that 50 odd rand left by a thousand clients very quickly turns into a decent sum?
