RCP FEE for PLS

I looked at my bank statement this morning and notices a #RCP FEE FOR PLS deduction on my account. I have no idea what this deduction is, so using google I found that this is a fee you pay when your debit order doesn't go through in time.<br> Checking the bank balance a few days before this deduction, I have sufficient funds in my account, I always ensure that I have money in my account on time for deductions. I also noticed that this has been happening for the last few months, shocking!!<br> I want these errors rectified and my money back, for all these fees that were deducted when I had funds!
