RCP FEE deduction !!

Hi <br> <br> I Had a RCP FEE FOR PLS amount of R57 go off my account today.<br> <br> I have checked my statements and do not recall, neither can I see, this amount ever being debited from my account in the past. <br> <br> I went into my Broadacres branch today to enquire. Since I have discovered that there was a technical glitch in the past 24hrs that caused my debit order for my loan account to not be debited off my cheque account. As a result of this debit order not going off I was subsequently charged R57 for the RCP FEE. <br> <br> I would like this issue clarified and the RCP fee refunded back into my account.<br> <br> <br> All the best
