Raw deal given on business account for over year!

We open a FNB business for over a year. For all these months we didn’t get eBucks as the system didn’t allow us to register for it. For many months we got zero eBucks & we would like to compensated. Also our FNB card we can’t set a PIN for it. It didn’t come with a pin & we can’t edit it on the APP or website. That’s very bad & disappointing from FNB!
