Rating our (no) Service is sooooo important!!

So FNB, I get this somewhat snotty email saying that I need ti access my Business Account profile on the FNB app and submit the required FICA documents or my account will be blocked. I access the profile and there is no message regarding the FICA documents.

I start a chat with an agent (real warm blooded person nogals) and am told that an agent will contact me the next day. 24 Hours later and no contact from FNB EXCEPT for 2 messages requesting me to rate their service? Now that is really good service!!!! .
