Rather stick with something Standard

Applying for a home loan I was required to ask for 2 extensions just to get an offer from FNB. I have been banking with FNB on their highest account status for over 10 years, and another bank better the interest offered by double. Such a pity that bad service and not delivering to a promise (preferred interest rates with a black card) can ruin a fun, but outdated banking experience.

Maybe stick with something Standard when it comes to banking.
