Rather not get a Card machine from FNB!

Again a fail FNB ...

I have now tried for 2 weeks to speak to someone about changing my card machine from Yoco to FNB. If this is the turnaround for getting the machine, imagine if something goes wrong with the machine.

Your consultant made an appointment that was not kept. After I explained ad nauseam to FNB that I cannot take calls anytime, because my practice is full. With consultants always implying I am dodging calls. Sigh!!

I will see if Captice is more interested in generating new business.
