Rather fix your service than your logo

It’s nearly impossible to get service from FNB I’ve had two queries in the last week and NOBODY knows what they are doing!!!! I get transferred constantly even to business I’ve never run a business in my life. This morning now 7 people don’t know how to assist, fix your staff before your logo and I’m moving banks now my job is too hectic to be begging for service.
