Rather change banks than ask for assistance from FNB and Ebucks

I have always had problems with ebucks, points and rewards not being allocated. It has started again now, from July, based on June and July's behavior, I have dropped to level 3, I see that I did not receive points for having a Youth account and depositing money. I have 3 youth accounts and deposit between R500 and R1000 every month. Due to this I have dropped to level 3 and earned on level 3. To speak to anyone at ebucks is like rocket science, they do not want to assist or reprimand you when you're trying to find out how resolve a problem. It is honestly better to change banks than to deal with eBucks now. The 2nd problem Im facing is paying a monthly account fee of R495 to have a private banker. This is the 5th time I've asked for my banker to change, after being ignored the last 4 times. I communicate with her about 3 times a year when I need assistance eventually leading to me calling every relevant department to resolve the issue myself. FNB is charging me R5940 a year in fees and I was told by someone at the Private Banking Suite that these fees are for a private banker. I then spend 30 - 60 mins on a call that I am paying for, to resolve my own queries. Can FNB please refund me all my fees. This morning I called the private banking suite to resolve the above ebucks issue, they then transfer me to Ebucks and the call disconnected. This was a 23 min call that I paid for and still no result. I am so tired now. Can you firstly, please change my banker, can FNB please allocate someone who will actually assist me. Next eBucks, can you please assist in my rewards points. Who do I need to speak to for a little help???
