RATHER BANK SOMEWHERE ELSE

An absolutely terrible experience every single time I come into contact with this bank for the smallest things. Opening account and receiving card take TWO MONTHS!! Now trying to open a business account and its taken THREE WEEKS without hearing back. The simplest form of customer service seems to be too much for this brand.
