Random FNB Trust Debit Order Without Notification

A debit order of R120.00 was deducted from my Platinum cheque account today from FNB Trust ***. In no way was I notified by FNB Trust that they will be running a debit order and on a date that is prior to my salary run or the date that my current debit orders run being the last working and first working day of the month. My account therefore went in excess of my overdraft limit. I have since adjusted the account this morning, but my concern is i know i will not receive my rebate on my overdraft debit interest and fee. FNB, you have already lost my home loan to ABSA, don't let me start shopping around with the balance of the products I still have with you. I will trust that you make sure that my rebates are credited when the debit interest is deducted month end. This is all uncalled for due to the incompetence of your Trust department. I have already been asked by my broker to move my Will to Momentum, and now it sounds more appealing.
