RANDOM FEE DEDUCTIONS! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AS ALWAYS!
Random fee declined fees of R8 each every single month, when the card wasn’t used. Money going missing from credit card account with no explanation from FNB. NO service from FNB to resolve customer issues. NO special interest rates for loyal customers. Do Not use FNB !! There are so many other banks that really look after their customers!

01 Mar 2025, 08:06STILL NO FEEDBACK FROM FNB AFTER ALMOST A MONTH! THEY ALSO DEDUCTED AN ADDITIONAL R1000 INTEREST OFF MY CREDIT CARD AND I HAVE HAD THE SAME BALANCE FOR A YEAR! THIS IS THEFT! I WILL BE REPORTING IT TO THE BANKING OMBUDSMAN!
