Random credit checks done for absolutely no reason
Avoid any and all contact with these people. They will perform random credit checks against your credit profile for absolutely no reason and without your permission. These checks can harm your credit profile. Do not give them your name or contact details. Rather use one of the many other professional banks that obey the law.

02 Feb 2023, 11:13If your apology actually meant something, you would fire whoever ran the unauthorized/******* credit check against my profile, and put systems in place to ensure that it never happens again, to anyone. Will that happen? We all know it won't.

Otherwise the "positive" finding in my favour is completely meaningless and evil people will just carry on doing evil deeds with no punishment or consequences, and innocent consumers will be cursed to spend countless hours fighting against FNB and their army of evil henchmen.No exaggeration. This is what is currently happening.
