random call from fnb agent with attitude

This guy calls me and asks me to confirm details. Then tells me about a call which was not logged by me<br> Refuses to provide further details. Gives me tons of attitude and tells me to go ahead and complain. If I call in I do think ask them to verify details for me. He got my number from the system and still argues the point. Logged a call last week for something different to what he says. Listen to the recording before calling me otherwise don't bother.
