Random amounts being taken from my account
I have noticed that random amounts (for things that don't make sense to me) have been deducted from my account. To my knowledge (what I was told by FNB) the monthly account fee I pay included all my transactions. I calculated these amount for the month of March and it comes down to R795.02.
I tried calling the call centre and no one could help me because I don't have my card with me to give the last 6 digits. I have the account number and all my details and I can answer all security questions.
What the hell are all these deductions for and why is there no once-off monthly account fee being taken?
Looks to my like FNB has been *****ing my money for a very long time.
I moved from Nedbank to FNB and I have to say that I have been just as unhappy.
I want all this money to be paid back to me and I want a fixed monthly fee that includes all transactions.
FNB is supposed to me the best but I strongly disagree.
