Rain *****ly charged me! FNB Credit Card department please dont sleep!

Hi. Internet Service Provider "Rain" overcharged me twice from my credit card and have opened two cases and filled up all necessary forms etc.. and sent FNB CREDIT CARD department via email. They have asked me for some extra documents as well and I have sent all too. As I explain Rain overcharged me and they already admitted and they promised me to pay back which I have al recorded with me. Almost 2 weeks still no result from FNB credit card department. Could you please PROTECT MY RIGHTS AND STOP THIS ***** IMMEDIATELY. RAIN *****ENTLY CHARGE ME AND AS MY BANK FNB SHOULD STAND ON MY SIDE AND STOP THIS!
