RAF and bank details

i have submitted a claim with the road accident fund. the claim has been approved and they now need to verify my bank account with FNB the lady assisting me with my claim has tried and they just cant verify it <br> i have sent them back statement letter from the bank yet when they try to verify my account fnb declines it <br> i have called them and emailed then to get assistance as the to cause of the problem. but have had no joy. RAF has advised me to open a new bank account and let the funds go in to there and i think that is just what i will do and move everything to the new bank RAF pay out and other business i have with FNB should i not be able to get this sorted in a timely fashion.
