Radio Silence
I logged a query online a while ago for someone to call me about my investment account.
No response.
I also logged a query telephonically a while before that to deactivate the tap functionality on my new card. I was told the request would be escalated and the tap function would be deactivated.
Guess what, it's still active.
Because (clearly) sending queries online is useless and I pay for my calls so...I reached out on Facebook.
No response. ( what a surprise)
Let's see if I get any response here. (probably not, it being FNB and all)
