****** shop owner says FNB machine not to be used

On Sunday morning at about 9:30 am, my sister and I went into a store at Derby Supermarket in order to use the FNB ATM as the one at the nearby garage was out of order. We stood in a queue where 2 other patrons were standing in front of us to use the same machine. Each of them went to the teller and got their money with no issues. When we got to the teller the shop owner, obviously irritated by our mixed skin said that the ATM was solely for the use of his patrons and not \us people"<br> When I emailed customer care at FNB I was told that \""...unfortunately you will have to take this up with the merchant as we only own the brand. The merchant has the right as to who utilises the services as they own the store\""<br> I understand that the merchant has the right to determine who utilises services at their store"
