****** is still been done at FNB.
FNB froze an entire company account simply because one individual freely paid a little over 14K into the company's account and later called FNB saying that they got ****med, and because of that FNB froze the entire company's account.
How do you expect the cooperation to do normal business, pay bills, pay salaries, and carry on other financial transactions? If this was a white man's company account, you couldn't have done what you did, but simply because it belongs to a black man, and moreover a foreigner, this is the reason why you went on and froze the entire company's account, which is absolutely wrong and make no logical sense.
What other Bank does, and I am sure FNB is aware of this but only tried to be ******, is that they will hold the funds associated with the ****, while the investigation goes on, not freeze the ENTIRE COMPANY'S account, preventing the company to carry out any financial transaction. This is not money laundering we are talking about, or someone saying without their knowledge someone transferred money from their accounts.
We are talking about someone using their own phone, to make payments in the company's account by themself. We are so disappointed, and this indicates that the company banking with FNB isn't a good idea, since the company's funds aren't saved with them.
