R99 unknown debit
hello, 23 july 2015 I took my banking statement I notice R99 was debited REF.Riskfin-cares40394, and this morning I receive a sms of debited money R99 REF.Riskfin-cares40394. And I know nothing about this I did not sign any debit order, just want my money to be paid back. Thank you
