R99 POSSIBLE DEBIT ****
good day FNB
i have an unauthorised R99 coming off my account and wish to know who it is . I have tried private banking chat and when I ask what the debit order is for I get disconnected or transferred many times over the last 10 days . is it a *****ulant transaction? can someone call me back to resolve this issue and correct the error.

your team rep**** on email with a weak response to my request for informaiton on the debit order recipient. who are they and why were they allowed to take our cash.
this is poor service and we will have to take this further if we get no resolution from your team.
