**** R99 debit order - March 2023
dear FNB, your response to our concern regarding a **** debit order marked, ICS_MEM - R99 every month is very very poor. take this seriously please, why are you allowing people to take our hard earned cash.

as you do not contact me via email and telephone,
your response to my query was poor and lacked any empathy. we need you to investigate and tell us who is taking our money without permission and you are brushing our concerns aside,
the info you presented to my debit order, Capitec Payment Services, *** for assistance is CLEARLY a ****, why is this allowed to proceed when I ask you many times to STOP payment......poor service, sorry FNB its not the first time and we do expect more from you guys. surely we not the only clients. someone inside is helping these people take our hard earned cash
