R900 gone

On the 12/08/2025 at 05:05 AM I sent an amount of R900 using payshap , transaction failed but money was taken off my account. I tried contacting fnb via secure chat and it is just surprising how all the consultants were saying different things but the last one I dealt with (Reabetswe) had promised to escalate the issue with payments and that I would get feedback within 48 hours , and until now I have no update , money is gone. Can I please have my money back. I never in my wildest dreams have I ever thought I would get such mediocre service from FNB
