R860 penalty fee due to broken app.

Due to FNB's faulty "Nav >> Vehicle" app, my vehicle license is 5 moths behind and I am forced to pay R860 penalties!!

How difficult can it be to just fix the errors in the code? And even though I have complained about this in the past, no one bats an eye to fix the errors in the app.

For some odd reason, when I select the vehicle to pay the renewal, I am being promoted to add the vehicle AGAIN. And no matter how many times I try and re-add the vehicle, IT DOESN'T WORK!
