R8,50 going off my account more than 60 times

Unsatisfactory service, I have an issue that r8,50 has been taken from my account +- 60 times from a #fee declined foreign exchange . Which I did not authorize, this has happened two years ago where fnb refunded me for 100 times R8,50 going off my account , why is this bank not secure , I have not authorized Google accounts on my bank profile, I go the bank in tokai area it's loadshedding I call the call centre more than 45 minutes spent speaking to FIVE call centre agents from the ***** department , to the easy account,to help desk back to the ***** Department back and forth . Noone has answer just a different story. I WANT TO BE REFUNDED, this is not on .last week I chatted to the chatbot that also didn't help , she did not understand me. THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
