R800 INTEREST FOR A R1500 TEMPORARY LOAN.

I app**** for an instant loan of R1500 sometime in Nov. I qualified for around 6k but I didn't need that amount. I specifically typed 1500 while doing the application and few min later, i was paid the entire 6K+ Because I didn't need that amount, I called immediately and explained my issue, told the consultant that I only needed R1500. The amount i don't need was then debited off my account the very same time and i was left with the R1500 I need however, come debit time, i was charged interest on R6K and not R1500. I logged a query and it has been pending for over a month. I am not getting any help. i can't pay over R800 for a R1500 loan. Please help in resolving this query cause I need my refund. query, ***. your Facebook consultant is really not helping me at all. I always get the message "please hang in there, I requested urgent feedback ",but no feedback was ever provided. When i call your call centre, i am always told "we are sending an email to our loans dept, they will contact you" but no one is contacting me.

ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH NOW, CAN SOMEONE HELP ME. PLEASE!!!!!!
